Barreled (Gallon) Water Filling Production Line
The barreled water filling production line produced by Planet Machinery is used for 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon water production, with optional capacity from 100BPH to 1200BPH. Customerized service includes automatic decapper, internal and external barrel scrubber, cap elevator and heat shrinker, etc. There are 6 kinds of specifications barreled water filling machine which can produce 120, 300, 450, 600, 900, 1200 barrel water per hour.

This barreled water filling equipment also can automatically carry out bottle washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging. This barreled water filler has features of complete functional, novel design, and the high degree of automation. This barreled water filling equipment is a new kind of 5 gallon barreled water producing line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.
