  • Heating Unit
    Multiple safety protection device for preform
    feeding.
    38.1mm for the spindle chain pitch saving more
    then 50% power compare with other machine.
  • Transfer Unit
    Using hard chaw to catch preform and bottle
    no-ware with long life. The bottle can transfer to
    filling machine directly with air conveyor,
    provide the output point socket of the
    photoelectric detection switch.
  • Blowing Unit
    Mould closing adopts CAM linkage, no chain
    plate pin shaft make it small volume and long
    life.
    High speed precision blowing valve set make
    high output with long life.
    Stretch by servo motor, more precision and
    easy to adjust.
